Sklenitev pogodbe
Pogodba med gostom in hotelom je sklenjena, ko hotel prejme pisno naročilo/rezervacijo gosta preko katerega koli prodajnega kanala. S tem se smatra, da stranka v celoti sprejema Splošne pogoje poslovanja.
3.Valuta
Vse stopnje in cene, navedene na tej strani, so v evrih (EUR) in vključujejo DDV, razen če ni izrecno navedeno drugače. Turistična taksa je dodatna plačilna postavka, ki je odvisna od dejanskega števila oseb in nočitev, in zato ni vključena v ceno nočitve.

Rezervacije
Potrjena rezervacija je zaveza, pogodba med hotelom in gostom, katere določila morata oba spoštovati. Pogoji rezervacije so vedno jasno razvidni pred dokončno potrditvijo rezervacije.
Na naši spletni strani vam ponujamo dva načina rezervacije naših kapacitet.
- preko spletne pošte, s katero nam posredujete vaše povpraševanje, mi pa vam posredujemo ponudbo. Samo povpraševanje oziroma naša ponudba ne štejeta za potrjeno rezervacijo, saj je bistveni pogoj za veljavnost prijave vaša potrditev rezervacije oziroma naše ponudbe. V primeru, da potrditve ne prejmemo, se šteje, da rezervacija ni bila nikoli naročena.
- neposredna rezervacija in plačilo s kreditno kartico preko spleta. V tem primeru bo rezervacija potrjena in plačana takoj, ko boste dokončno potrdili postopek plačila. S tem vam seveda jamčimo, da boste dobili natančno tako namestitev, kot ste si jo izbrali.

4.a Doplačila (dodatno ležišče + otroci)
Otroci, mlajši od 4 let, bivajo brezplačno v sobi skupaj s starši ob uporabi obstoječih postelj. Za otroke, starejše od 4 let, je doplačilo v dvoposteljnih sobah 30%, če bivajo na dodatnem ležišču v sobi s starši. Za otroke starejše od 7 let se zaračuna enako doplačilo kot za odrasle, če bivajo na dodatnem ležišču v sobi s starši.
4.b Politika odpovedi
Gost ima pravico do rezervacije. V primeru, ko gost odpove nastanitev, ima Dvorec Gregorčič pravico do povračila stroškov zaradi odpovedi. Višina povračila stroškov odpovedi nastanitve je odvisna od časa v katerem je gost predložil odpoved. V primeru odpovedi nastanitve je Dvorec Gregorčič upravičen do naslednjih odpovednih stroškov le-tega:
Stranka lahko popolnoma brezplačno odpove rezervacijo do 24 ur pred prihodom. Če je rezervacija odpovedana manj kot 24ur pred prihodom, vam bomo zaračunali nadomestilo za odpoved v višini 100 % zneska 1. nočitve vaše rezervacije, razen če ni drugače določeno v politiki o odpovedi. Za odpoved manj kot 24 ur pred prihodom ali če se ne prijavite v hotel ob dogovorjenem terminu, bomo vašo kreditno kartico, ki ste jo navedli ob rezervaciji, bremenili za celoten znesek rezervacije.
V primeru spremembe aranžmaja na lastno željo, ali zaradi višje sile, ne da bi za to obstajali razlogi na strani Dvorec Gregorčič zaradi nepravilno opravljene storitve, gost nima pravice zahtevati kakršne koli odškodnine ali znižanja cene. Odpoved mora gost sporočiti preko telefona (+386/7/292 72 20) ali poslati po elektronski pošti na naslov info@dvorec-gregorcic.si ali pa v pisni obliki na rezervacijsko službo: Dvorec Gregorčič, Šmarjeta 51, 8220 Šmarješke Toplice, Slovenija.
V vseh cenah iz ponudbe Dvorca Gregorčič je že vključen davek na dodano vrednost. V primeru spora med strankami je za vse spore pristojno stvarno sodišče v Novem Mestu.
4.c Pravica hotela do odpovedi rezervacije
Hotel ima pravico do odpovedi rezervacije, če določeni znesek ni bil plačan v dogovorjenem roku v kolikor je potrebno predplačilo.. Izjemoma sme hotel odstopiti od pogodbe tudi iz stvarno upravičenega razloga (npr. zaradi višje sile ali zaradi drugih okoliščin (izrednih razmer, nujnosti zaprtja hotela), za katere hotel ni odgovoren, ali pa zaradi zavajajočih oz. napačnih bistvenih podatkov, ki mu jih je posredovala stranka) ali v primeru neprimernega obnašanja bodočega gosta. Plačilo oz. neplačilo odpovedi v izrednih razmerah je odvisna od dogovorov in zakonov v času višje sile.
Hotel ima pravico do spremembe rezervacije v primeru:
- če so v rezervirani nastanitveni enoti potrebna nujna nepredvidljiva popravila, ki onemogočajo normalno in varno uporabo enote;
- če je prišlo do dvojne rezervacije iste enote; v tem primeru je dolžan hotel gostu omogočati bivanje v enakovredni enoti, v kolikor pa to ni mogoče, ga lahko namesti v cenovno boljši enoti brezplačno ali v cenovno ugodnejši enoti, s tem da se povrne razlika v ceni enot; v kolikor zamenjava enot ni mogoča, se hotel v največji možni meri potrudi poiskati enakovredno namestitev brezplačno v kraju oziroma v celoti povrne stroške rezervacije.

Prijava / Odjava
5.a Prijava
Ob prijavi v hotel je potrebno predložiti veljaven identifikacijski dokument (potni list, osebno izkaznico). Dokumenti morajo biti veljavni v času prihoda in odhoda gosta iz hotela. Vsaka oseba, ki je nastanjena v hotelu je dolžna imeti veljavni dokument. V kolikor oseba ni polnoletna mora za to poskrbeti zanj odgovorna oseba.
Prenočevanje oseb, ki niso prijavljene v hotelu je strogo prepovedano.
Prihod v sobe (check-in) je možen po 14:00 uri. Po predhodnem dogovoru je možna kasnejša prijava.
5.b Odjava
Na dan odhoda mora gost po zajtrku, najkasneje do 11. ure zapustiti sobo, oddati ključ na recepciji in poravnati vse neporavnane stroške (turistično takso, mini bar, …).
Če gost prekorači čas odhoda in odide do 13. ure, lahko hotel od gosta zahteva doplačilo. Na podlagi predhodnega dogovora in po presoji zaposlenih se lahko gostom omogoči pozna odjava.
V kolikor stroški ne bodo ob odjavi plačani v celoti, bomo bremenili vašo kreditno kartico in vas o tem obvestili po elektronski pošti oz. preko kanala preko katerega ste kontaktirali s hotelom.

Restavracija
Zajtrk: 7.30 – 9.30
Kosilo in večerja po dogovoru.
*Kuhinja obratuje od torka do sobote od 12:00 – 21:00 in ob nedeljah od 12:00 – 16:00.
*Med časom bivanja je na voljo restavracija A la Carte.
Po predhodnem dogovoru možna organizacija bruncha.
Gostom hotela je na voljo tudi velika terasa hotela za dnevne obroke in posedanje.

Kajenje
Na območju hotela je kajenje dovoljeno na terasi, ki je locirana pred hotelom in na terasi v 1.nadstropju hotela. V hotelskih sobah in drugje je kajenje prepovedano. Hotel ima pravico zaračunati dodaten znesek 150,00 EUR (sto petdeset evrov) za kritje stroškov čiščenja, osvežitve in zračenja sobe. Poleg omenjenega zneska bo dodatno zaračunana morebitna škoda.

Hišni ljubljenčki
Hišni ljubljenčki so dobrodošli, doplačilo zanje je 30 EUR za čas bivanja v hotelu. Hotel je treba o spremstvu hišnega ljubljenčka obvestiti predhodno ob rezervaciji. Hišni ljubljenčki morajo za čas sprehanja po hotelu biti obvezno pripeti na povodec.

Dogodki v hotelu
Ob različnih časih skozi vse leto so lahko v nekaterih naših hotelih organizirane poroke, dogodki in zabave, ki bi lahko motile vaš odmor. Prosimo, da se o tem pozanimate, preden rezervirate bivanje v hotelu.

Parkiranje
Za hotelske goste zagotavljamo omejeno število parkirnih mest pred hotelom, ki so v času bivanja na voljo brezplačno. Lastniki/stranke sami odgovarjajo za avtomobile in stvari, ki jih pustijo v njih. Za izgubo ali poškodbe ne odgovarjamo.

Uporaba bazena
Hotelskim gostom je v času bivanja na voljo tudi bazen na strehi hotela. V kolikor je istočasno rezerviran AirGlam (ki se nahaja na strehi hotela) je bazen namenjen izključno gostom AirGlam-a. Prosimo, da se o uporabi bazena pozanimate preden rezervirate bivanje v hotelu. Informacije o bazenu in koriščenju le-tega lahko gostje dobijo na recepciji. Uporaba bazena na lastno odgovornost.

Omejitev odgovornosti
Hotel/Podjetje ne odgovarja za kakršno koli neposredno ali posredno izgubo ali poškodovanje lastnine gostov ali osebne poškodbe, ki na kakršenkoli način nastanejo med bivanjem v hotelu (razen osebnih poškodb gostov, ki nastanejo neposredno zaradi hude malomarnosti podjetja). Celotna odškodninska odgovornost podjetja ne presega rezervacijske vrednosti.
Nič v pogodbi ali katerem koli drugem dokumentu v zvezi z njo ne pomeni izključitve odgovornosti za primer smrti ali osebne poškodbe, ki nastane zaradi hude malomarnosti podjetja ali odgovornosti za prevare ali napačno tolmačenje.

Škoda
Če se pri hotelski storitvi pojavi motnja ali škoda, se bo hotel potrudil, da jo čimprej odpravi, gost pa je dolžen prispevati k temu, da se motnja odpravi oz. da je škoda čim manjša.
Če gost povzroči škodo kjerkoli v hotelu ali na njegovem zunanjem prostoru, zanjo v celoti odgovarja, hotel pa odklanja vsakršno odgovornost za škodo, ki bi jo gost lahko utrpel v takem primeru.
V primeru kršitev hišnega reda oziroma povzročanja škode si hotel dovoli izvesti ukrep prepovedi vstopa, odstranitev gostov iz hotelskih prostorov in povračilo povzročene škode.
Hotel si pridržuje pravico in gost ga pooblašča, da za morebitno škodo ali odtujitev predmetov, bremeni njegovo kreditno ali plačilno kartico predloženo ob rezervaciji.
13.a Doplačila
Povzročena škoda, katero vrednost oceni lastnik glede na nabavno vrednost, stroške montaže in transporta ter posredno povzročene škode, ki nastane zaradi nezmožnosti uporabe nastanitve, dela nastanitve ali storitve za druge goste:
- izguba ključa oz. ne vračilo ob odhodu – 30 eur;
- razbita luč – 100 eur;
- razbit ali poškodovan televizijski sprejemnik – 800 eur;
- odtujitev/kraja brisače ali kopalnega plašča 30 eur;
- strgana ali poškodovana zavesa – 200 eur;
- poškodba notranjih lesenih elementov, pohištva, oken, vrat, fasade (trk z avtomobilom) in podobna škoda se zaračuna glede na oceno popravila pristojne strokovne osebe
- pozen odhod: 40 eur;
- dodatna osebe v enoti – 25 eur na noč;
- neprijavljene osebe, spanje in razgrajanje oz. neupoštevanje pravil hišnega reda – 80 eur.
Hotel si pridržuje pravico in gost ga pooblašča, da za morebitno škodo ali odtujitev predmetov, bremeni njegovo kreditno ali plačilno kartico predloženo ob rezervaciji.

Plačilni pogoji
Vsaka rezervacija je potrjena šele, ko je plačano predplačilo, katerega višina pa je odvisna od pogojev rezervacije, ki velja za izbrano ponudbo. ( Rezervacije se zaračunavajo na več načinov in v več delih).
Možni so naslednji načini plačila: kreditne kartice – MasterCard/Visa; plačilne kartice – Visa/Delta in Visa/Electron.
Ob prijavi bomo predavtorizirali stroške bivanja (plačilo sobe, DDV in morebitne stroške storitve) in predvidene dodatne stroške za čas bivanja, za kar bomo bremenili vašo kreditno/plačilno kartico.
Ob odjavi iz hotela morajo biti vsi neporavnani stroški plačani v celoti.
14.a Kratkoročno bivanje
- Vse se zaračuna ob odhodu iz hotela. Na željo gosta lahko zadeve obračunamo ob prihodu v hotel. V kolikor gost ne plača ob odhodu, bremenimo njegovo bančno kartico.
14.b Brez možnosti vračila denarja
- znesek rezervacije v višini 100% cene rezervacije se zaračuna kadar koli po opravljeni rezervaciji (ko so navedeni pogoji rezervacije)
- v primeru neprihoda se zaračuna celoten znesek rezervacije (100%);
- pri predčasnem odhodu je potrebno plačati 100 % rezervacijsko vsoto;
- za posebne ponudbe, darilne bone ali pakete lahko veljajo posebni pogoji.

Posebne ponudbe
Ponudbe, ki jih lahko štejemo kot posebne ponudbe (last minute, first minute, akcije,dogodki in podobno), veljajo od dneva, ko so objavljene na spletni strani do dneva, ki je naveden kot konec akcijske ponudbe. Posebne ponudbe ne veljajo za rezervacije, ki so bile sklenjene pred nastankom ponudbe ali po preteku ponudbe. Ponudbe veljajo samo pod pogoji, navedenimi na spletni strani.

Red in čistoča hotela
Gostje so dolžni skrbeti za red in čistočo v hotelu in v svoji nastanitveni enoti.
Nastanitvene enote se pospravljajo dnevno. Pri tem poskrbimo za osnovno čistočo sobe in kopalnice. V kolikor so stvari gostov na tleh, jih ne premikamo in ne pospravljamo, enoto pospravimo le v meri, kot je to mogoče.
Posteljnina se v toku ene rezervacije menja v kolikor je rezervacija dolga najmanj 5 noči. Menjava brisač je dnevna. Gosta naprošamo da se ravnajo po navodilih priloženih v kopalnici.

Uporaba hišnega wellnessa in spa salona
V času bivanja je gostom hotela na voljo tudi hišni wellness in spa salon Ornament. Rezervacija je možna predhodno po telefonu ali na dan nastanitve. Wellness in spa storitve so dodatno plačljive in niso vključene v ceno nočitve. Cenik storitev je objavljen na spletni strani https://dvorec-gregorcic.si/wellness-spa/, hkrati je na voljo tudi na recepciji hotela.
Wellness Ornament: Če se zgodi, da morate odpovedati termin (v kolikor ste predhodno rezervirali), vas vljudno prosimo, da to sporočite vsaj šest ur prej na telefonsko številko +386 07 292 72 92 ali osebno na recepciji hotela, sicer vam bomo morali zaračunati 50 % rezervirane storitve.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract between the guest and the hotel is concluded when the hotel receives a written order/reservation from the guest through any sales channel. This means that the customer fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
3.THE CURRENCY
All rates and prices listed on this page are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Tourist tax is an additional payment item that depends on the actual number of persons and nights spent and is therefore not included in the price of the night.

RESERVATIONS
A confirmed reservation is a commitment, a contract between the hotel and the guest, the provisions of which must be respected by both. The booking conditions are always clearly visible before the final confirmation of the booking.
On our website we offer you two ways to reserve our capacities:

4.a Surcharge (extra bed + children)
Children under 4 years stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents when using existing bedding. For children older than 4 years, the surcharge in double rooms is 30%, if they stay on an extra bed in the room with their parents. Children older than 7 years are charged the same fee as adults when using an extra bed in the room with parents.
4.b Cancellation Policy
The guest has the right to make a reservation. In the event that the guest cancels the accommodation, Dvorec Gregorčič has the right to reimbursement of the costs due to cancellation. The amount of the refund of the cancellation costs depends on the time in which the guest submitted the cancellation. In case of cancellation of accommodation, Dvorec Gregorčič is entitled to the following cancellation costs.
The customer can cancel the reservation completely free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the amount of the 1st night of your reservation, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival, or if you do not check in at the agreed time, your credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of a change of arrangement at their own request, or due to force majeure, without there being any reasons on the part of Dvorec Gregorčič due to improperly performed service, the guest has no right to demand any compensation or price reduction. Cancellation must be communicated by phone (+386/7/292 72 20) or by e-mail to info@dvorec-gregorcic.si or in writing to the reservation service: Dvorec Gregorčič, Šmarjeta 51, 8220 Šmarješke Toplice, Slovenia.
VAT is already included in all prices offered by the Gregorčič Manor. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the jurisdiction for all disputes is the substantive court in Novo Mesto.
4.c Right of the hotel to cancel the reservation
The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if a certain amount has not been paid within the agreed period if prepayment is required. Exceptionally, the hotel may also withdraw from the contract for a materially justified reason (e.g. due to force majeure or due to other circumstances (extraordinary circumstances, necessity of closing the hotel) for which the hotel is not responsible, or due to misleading or incorrect essential information provided by the client) or in the event of inappropriate behaviour of the future guest. Payment or non-payment of cancellation in an emergency is subject to agreements and laws during times of force majeure.
The hotel has the right to change the reservation in case of:
- if urgent unforeseeable repairs are required in the booked accommodation unit which prevent the normal and safe use of the unit;;
- if there is a double reservation of the same unit; in this case, the hotel is obliged to allow the guest to stay in an equivalent unit, but if this is not possible, it may place the guest in a better-priced unit free of charge or in a cheaper unit, with reimbursement of the difference in the price of the units; If the exchange of units is not possible, the hotel will make every effort to find equivalent accommodation free of charge on the spot or will fully reimburse the cost of the reservation.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
5.a Check IN
A valid identification document (passport, ID card) is required upon check-in at the hotel. Documents must be valid at the time of arrival and departure of the guest from the hotel. Every person staying at the hotel is required to have a valid document. If the person is not of legal age, the person responsible must take care of it.
The accommodation of persons who are not registered at the hotel is strictly prohibited.
Check-in is possible after 14pm. By prior arrangement, a later registration is possible..
5.b Check Out
On the day of departure, the guest must leave the room after breakfast, no later than 11 am, hand in the key at the reception and pay all outstanding expenses (tourist tax, mini bar, …).
If the guest exceeds the check-out time and leaves by 1pm, the hotel may charge the guest a surcharge. By prior arrangement and at the discretion of the staff, guests may be granted a late check-out.
If the fee is not paid in full at check-out, we will charge your credit card and notify you via email or via the channel through which you contacted the hotel.

RESTAURANT
Breakfast: 7.30 – 9.30
Lunch and dinner by appointment.
*The kitchen is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 – 21:00 and on Sundays from 12:00 – 16:00.
*A la carte restaurant is available during the stay.
By prior arrangement, brunch is possible.
Hotel guests also have a large terrace of the hotel for daily meals and seating.

SMOKING
Smoking is allowed on the terrace located in front of the hotel and on the terrace on the 1st floor of the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and elsewhere. The hotel has the right to charge an additional amount of EUR 150.00 (one hundred and fifty euros) to cover the cost of cleaning, refreshment and airing of the room. In addition to this amount, possible damages will be charged.

PETS
Pets are welcome at a surcharge of EUR 30 per stay at the hotel. The hotel must be informed in advance when booking. Pets must be kept on a leash while walking around the hotel.

EVENTS AT THE HOTEL
At different times throughout the year, some of our hotels may host weddings, events and parties that could disrupt your holiday. Please inquire before booking your stay at the hotel.

PARKING/b>
For hotel guests we provide a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are available free of charge during their stay. Owners/customers are responsible for the cars and the things they leave in them. We are not responsible for loss or damage.

USE OF THE POOL
Hotel guests also have access to a rooftop swimming pool during their stay. If AirGlam (located on the roof of the hotel) is booked at the same time, the pool is reserved exclusively for AirGlam guests. Please inquire about the use of the pool before booking your stay at the hotel. Information about the pool and its use can be obtained at the reception. Use of the swimming pool at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Hotel/Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to the property of the Guests or personal injury arising in any way during their stay at the Hotel (except for personal injury of the Guests arising directly from the gross negligence of the Company). The total liability of the company shall not exceed the reserve value. Nothing in the Contract or any other document relating thereto shall exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from the gross negligence of the Company or liability for fraud or misinterpretation.

DAMAGE
If there is a disturbance or damage to the hotel service, the hotel will endeavour to remedy it as soon as possible, and the guest is obliged to contribute to the elimination of the disturbance or to minimise the damage.
If the guest causes damage anywhere in the hotel or its outdoor area, the guest is fully liable for it, and the hotel declines any liability for damage that the guest may suffer in such a case.
In the event of breaches of house rules or causing damage, the hotel allows itself to carry out a measure of prohibition of entry, removal of guests from the hotel premises and compensation of the damage caused.

13.a Extra Payments
Damage caused, the value of which is assessed by the owner according to the purchase price, installation and transport costs and indirect damage caused by the inability to use the accommodation, part of the accommodation or services for other guests:
- loss of the key or non-return on departure – 30 euros;
- a broken light – 100 euros;
- broken or damaged television set – 800 euros;
- the theft of a towel or bathrobe EUR 30;
- torn or damaged curtains – 200 euros;
- damage to interior wooden elements, furniture, windows, doors, facades (collision with the car) and similar damage shall be charged according to the assessment of the repair by the competent professional
- late departure: 40 euros;
- additional persons in the unit – 25 euros per night;
- Unregistered persons, sleep and breakdown or non-observance of house rules – 80 euros.

PAYMENT TERMS
Each reservation is confirmed only after a prepayment has been paid, the amount of which depends on the booking conditions applicable to the selected offer. (Reservations are charged in several ways and in several parts).
The following payment methods are available: credit cards – MasterCard/Visa; Credit cards – Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron.
Upon check-in, we will pre-authorise the cost of the stay (room payment, VAT and possible service charges) and the estimated additional costs for the duration of the stay, for which we will charge your credit/debit card.
Upon check-out, all outstanding charges must be paid in full.
14.a Short-term stay
- Everything is charged when you leave the hotel. At the request of the guest, we can settle matters upon arrival at the hotel. If the guest does not pay at the time of departure, we charge their bank card.
14.b Non-refundable
- 100% of the booking price will be charged at any time after booking (when the booking conditions are stated)
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged (100%);
- In case of early departure, 100% of the reservation amount is required;
- Special offers, gift vouchers or packages may be subject to special conditions.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Offers that can be considered as special offers (last minute, first minute, promotions, events, etc.) are valid from the day they are published on the website until the day indicated as the end of the special offer. Special offers do not apply to bookings made before or after the offer has expired. Offers are valid only under the conditions stated on the website.

ORDER AND CLEANLINESS OF THE HOTEL
Guests are obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of the hotel and their accommodation unit.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily. We ensure the basic cleanliness of the room and bathroom. If the guests’ belongings are on the floor, we do not move them or clean them up, we clean the unit only as far as possible.
Bed linen is changed during the course of one booking if the reservation is at least 5 nights long. Change of towels is daily. Guests are kindly requested to follow the instructions provided in the bathroom.

USE OF THE HOUSE WELLNESS AND SPA SALON
During their stay, the hotel guests can also use the house wellness and spa salon Ornament. Reservations can be made in advance by phone or on the day of accommodation. Wellness and spa services are extra chargeable and are not included in the price of the night. The price list of services is published on the website https://dvorec-gregorcic.si/wellness-spa/ and is also available at the hotel reception.
Wellness Ornament: If you have to cancel an appointment (if you have booked in advance), please inform us at least six hours in advance on the phone number +386 07 292 72 92 or in person at the hotel reception, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the booked service.
